Sustainability is the overarching principle that shapes how we invest, build and operate.
We believe that better governance, stronger environmental performance and genuine social commitment are not trade-offs against profitability, they are competitive advantages. Profitability funds reinvestment. Reinvestment funds sustainability. Sustainability creates lasting value.
SPDG was one of the first family enterprises to be B-Corp certified in 2021, and the certification was renewed in 2025.
