We deploy equity capital directly. Two-thirds of our assets, approximately €2 billion, are dedicated to investing in companies operating in the real economy where ideas and people make a difference.
Driven by a strong pan-European conviction, we take majority stakes in European companies with strong teams and the potential to become global champions, positioned in growing markets where consolidation is a natural accelerator.
Our agility as a focused, human-scale platform allows us to move quickly, build close relationships with management teams and respond to opportunities across the continent with speed and pragmatism.
We focus in particular, though not exclusively, on four sustainability verticals:
- Energy transition: renewable energy, grid infrastructure and the shift from fossil to clean power sources.
- Circular economy: companies reinventing production, reuse and waste to reduce resource consumption.
- Sustainable mobility: cleaner mobility solutions across logistics, fleet and urban planning.
- Sustainable infrastructure: essential physical, digital and monitoring systems for infrastructure, industrial facilities or smart cities, built or upgraded for long-term environmental resilience.
Individual equity investments range from €200M to €750M. We have no fixed exit horizon. We stay invested for as long as we can actively support a company’s development. We want to build global champions for the next generations.
