We deploy equity capital directly. Two-thirds of our assets, approximately €2 billion, are dedicated to investing in companies operating in the real economy where ideas and people make a difference.
Driven by a strong pan-European conviction, we take majority stakes in European companies with strong teams and the potential to become global champions, positioned in growing markets where consolidation is a natural accelerator.
We focus in particular, though not exclusively, on four sustainability verticals:

Individual equity investments range from €200M to €750M. We have no fixed exit horizon. We stay invested for as long as we can actively support a company’s development.
